Responsibilities

- Translate product requirements into clear technical strategies and execution plans.
- Lead design and code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Represent frontend engineering in cross-team architecture discussions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce relevant technologies.
- Contribute hands-on to key projects while enabling others to succeed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building modern web applications with TypeScript and React.
- Experience leading large-scale frontend systems with a focus on architecture and performance.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers into technical leaders.
- Expertise in design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Experience collaborating with product managers and UX designers.
- Strong background in testing methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with cloud-native environments like Google Cloud or AWS.
- Bonus: Experience with graph-based UIs and data visualization libraries.
- Excellent communication skills for influencing across functions.
