Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy and architecture for backend and frontend components.
- Own complex domains end-to-end, from design through development and launch.
- Influence cross-functional teams by aligning technical execution with business goals.
- Raise the technical bar through code reviews and architectural guidance.
- Mentor and coach engineers across the organization.
- Partner with leadership to define and execute a multi-year technical roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with expertise in backend and frontend systems.
- Strong programming skills with mastery in at least one backend language and modern frontend frameworks.
- Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems and microservice architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to own technical domains and make architectural trade-offs.
- Experience driving cross-domain initiatives and coordinating with multiple teams.
- Track record of mentoring engineers and leading technical discussions.
- Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
