Base Salary
$112k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-quality software applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Create scalable application architectures and reusable design patterns while maintaining code quality and managing technical debt.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs and research technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development practices.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience in a SaaS organization.
- At least 3 years of experience building resilient platforms, SaaS software, architecture, and integrations.
- Experience with C#, Java, C++, Node.js, TypeScript, or another object-oriented programming language.
- Experience developing both front-end and back-end components for scalable applications.
- Experience with data structures and algorithms, design patterns, architectural principles, Agile environments, microservice-based architectures, and RESTful API design.
- Preferred experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Azure, Azure Kubernetes, Cosmos DB, Azure Event Hubs, Git, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment.
- Preferred experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred.

Benefits
- Hybrid work arrangement requiring at least 2 days per week in the office, with frequency subject to team needs.
- Base salary range of $111,900.00–$162,250.00 in Washington, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York, plus eligibility for a company bonus plan and RSUs.

- The position is not eligible for employment in Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, or Wyoming.
