Base Salary

$116k - $193k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build frontend interfaces, backend services, GraphQL APIs, and enterprise integrations for production full-stack applications.
  • Write, review, and maintain clean, testable code across multiple programming languages and paradigms.
  • Create unit, integration, and system tests and integrate test automation across development and deployment.
  • Design and implement scalable event-driven and microservices architectures.
  • Integrate AI, ML, and LLM capabilities into client applications, including agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation.
  • Set up and improve delivery infrastructure, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
  • Mentor developers through pairing, code review, and real-time feedback.
  • Communicate technical risks, blockers, and changes to product leadership and architects.
  • Modernize legacy systems and deliver software across complex enterprise, distributed, and multi-cloud environments.
  • Work across the software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, coding, testing, integration, deployment, and production support.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional application development experience across the software lifecycle.
  • At least 3 years of proven full-stack web development experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience with modern software product development, integration, and delivery.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on development experience in collaborative teams using code reviews and automated DevOps processes or tools.
  • Five or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field is generally required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience integrating AI, ML, or LLM capabilities into applications, including model APIs, prompt orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, or intelligent automation workflows.
  • Experience with cloud-native architecture, containerization, Kubernetes or managed container services, infrastructure as code, and observability platforms.
  • Experience modernizing legacy or brownfield systems and contributing to event-driven or microservices-based systems.
  • Experience with structured and unstructured data, validation, transformation, data quality, feature design, and analytical workflows.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, implementation approaches, and success criteria.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, or Operations teams.
  • Experience in aerospace, industrial, manufacturing, transportation, or similarly complex regulated environments is preferred.
  • Candidates must satisfy Boeing’s Conflict of Interest assessment process and cannot require employment visa sponsorship.
