Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product and system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure code quality, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to and update documentation and educational content based on product changes and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues while analyzing effects on hardware, networks, and service operations.
- Design and build intelligent Storage AI Agents that automate customer storage management, tag data for AI researchers, and improve GenAI accuracy and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience in languages such as C++, Golang, or Java, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience with large-scale distributed infrastructure systems.
- Experience with AI/ML systems in a customer-facing production environment.
- Experience with generative AI, including large language models, multimodal systems, or model training and evaluation.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, compute technologies, or cloud storage.
- Preferred: experience with Google technologies and platforms, high-volume data pipelines, scalability bottlenecks, and production incident mitigation under strict SLAs.
Benefits
- US base salary of $147000 - $210000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
