Responsibilities
- Build trusted partnerships with technical stakeholders across customer experience and operations teams.
- Drive account growth by converting POCs into long-term partnerships.
- Manage implementation timelines and deliverables across various teams.
- Translate customer feedback into product roadmap insights.
- Help define team culture and best practices within the Solutions organization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a solutions engineer in strategic or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven ability to engage senior business and technical leaders.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical solutions as business value.
- Experience with Python, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Comfortable in high-growth environments with ambiguous structures.
