Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud sites and B2B Commerce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative configuration.
- Build and enhance product catalogs, price lists, entitlements, carts, checkout processes, and account-specific commerce experiences.
- Implement and maintain integrations with SAP, PIM, ERP, OMS, and other third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, documentation, configuration records, and reusable components.
- Create and execute tests for storefront functionality, pricing logic, and transactional data flows across environments.
- Debug and resolve storefront performance, data synchronization, pricing, and user experience issues.
- Apply Salesforce security, governor-limit, scalability, maintainability, and performance best practices.
- Support deployments, release management, regression testing, and post-deployment validation.
- Collaborate with architects, technical leads, product owners, UX teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on new features and enhancements.
- Support transactional data needs involving orders, pricing, product data, entitlements, and inventory.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 4–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including at least 3+ years focused on Salesforce B2B Commerce.
- Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience designing and implementing B2B Commerce catalogs, pricing rules, carts, checkout flows, entitlements, and custom storefronts.
- Experience integrating Salesforce B2B Commerce with ERP, OMS, PIM, and other enterprise systems through APIs or middleware.
- Required Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, Agile, and Scrum environments.
- Ability to model complex commerce and system architecture using UML, DFD, ERD, and BPMN.
- Deep understanding of the SOM data model and core objects including Fulfillment Orders, Payment Authorizations, Return Orders, and Inventory Reservations.
- Knowledge of B2B Commerce accounts, contacts, buyer groups, product catalogs, pricing engines, carts, order management, contract pricing, volume discounts, approval processes, and ERP or financial-system integration patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce Payments or Shopify Payments and payment service providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant certification.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer and Platform Developer II certifications, MuleSoft or other middleware experience, data quality tool experience, Azure Data Factory and Azure services experience, and headless commerce or Salesforce Composable Storefront experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, organizational, and independent-working skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% within North America and comply with corporate travel and security policies.
- Must have valid authorization to work in the U.S.
