Responsibilities
- Plan and design blockchain security products, establish technical roadmaps, and implement important modules and core frameworks.
- Define architecture standards and best practices while maintaining underlying infrastructure and architecture.
- Build tools for operational automation, continuous delivery, on-demand capacity management, and engineering productivity.
- Engage directly with user requirements, develop APIs for client delivery, and maintain customer relationships.
- Troubleshoot backend systems, tune performance, resolve online incidents, refactor systems, and optimize speed and scale.
- Design and build reusable libraries and frameworks for internal clients.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or holding a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 4–5 years of full-stack development experience in a similar role supporting large-scale production systems, preferably including 2–3 years in crypto or security.
- Extensive full product development lifecycle knowledge and demonstrated programming skills in Java, Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with mainstream development frameworks, distributed-system components, caching, messaging, and related mechanisms.
- Ability to independently design, develop, and tune large-scale distributed, high-concurrency, and high-availability systems.
- Ability to understand business requirements, identify problems in requirements and architecture, and provide effective solutions.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, stress tolerance, and ability to learn new knowledge quickly.
- Preferred experience in Web3 security companies and large-scale API or monitoring systems.
- Preferred experience developing risk-control products and APIs.
- Basic understanding of smart-contract security vulnerabilities, on-chain incidents, wallet security, blockchain, and smart-contract principles.
- Experience reading blockchain explorers and creating scripts to track and scan data, with knowledge of wallet and blockchain attack vectors.
