Responsibilities
- Champion best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD.
- Oversee the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery.
- Advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software.
- Design solutions and choose technologies that solve clients’ problems.
- Collaborate with teammates to build features and ensure best practices.
- Continue to code alongside Developers and remain technically active.
- Utilize and champion DevSecOps tools and practices.
- Encourage feedback and foster an inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- Proficient in two or more programming languages, including Python.
- Desirable skills include knowledge of ReactJS, Typescript, and Golang.
- Experience leading software development teams using Agile or Lean methodologies.
- Familiarity with TDD, continuous integration, and infrastructure automation.
- Bonus points for knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory for collaboration.
- Availability for on-call participation is required.
