Responsibilities
- Build session persistence, resumption, handover, reasoning-trail retention, identity resolution, and entitlement-aware context.
- Develop retrieval and grounding across structured records and documents, optimized for cost and latency.
- Build document intelligence for manuals, engineering drawings, certification directives, and contracts with extracted and citable information.
- Develop agentic flow runtimes for multi-step work, tool usage, human escalation, and business-system actions.
- Support speech and image inputs alongside text.
- Build evaluation frameworks that validate AI output quality before production release.
- Create language interfaces for scheduling and optimization engines.
- Implement security controls for prompt-injection resistance, personal-data handling, guardrails, auditing, and data residency.
- Build and operate production multi-tenant SaaS and cloud-native infrastructure.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and operating live production systems used by real customers.
- Experience building AI-native products, production GenAI solutions, RAG pipelines, hybrid retrieval, embeddings, and agentic systems.
- Production backend experience with Go and Python; Java or similar languages are also relevant.
- Experience with service-to-service orchestration using n8n, Temporal, MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or Boomi.
- Experience with Pydantic AI, LangChain, MCP, agent orchestration, tool usage, and plan-based agentic software development.
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS systems on shared infrastructure.
- Experience operating API gateways or API products such as Kong or Tyk in production.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CNCF technologies, DevOps, cloud-native infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building or using evaluation frameworks to validate AI output quality before shipping.
- Preferred experience optimizing AI services for latency and cost and using specification-driven development.
- Applicants whose experience is limited to demos, personal projects, hackathons, or single-LLM integrations are not suitable for the role.
