Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation-first test frameworks using Python.
- Build and execute automated tests for web applications using Playwright.
- Develop and maintain mobile automation solutions using Appium.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps in agile teams.
- Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve testing efficiency and code quality.
- Identify, analyze, and communicate quality risks and defects.
- Continuously improve test strategies, tooling, frameworks, code quality, and maintainability.
- Promote test automation best practices and contribute to quality strategy at the team or organizational level.
Requirements
- Strong experience as an SDET or Automation Engineer.
- Proficiency in Python for test automation and framework development.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright and Appium.
- Understanding of automation frameworks, test design patterns, and CI/CD.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Comfort using GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and modern developer workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Preferred experience with AI-assisted testing or AI-powered developer tools, cloud-based testing platforms, performance testing, API testing, or security testing.
- English proficiency at C2 level is listed.
