Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools, applications, intelligent workflows, agents, and automation solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions.
- Build and integrate AI systems using APIs, large language models, enterprise technologies, and cloud-based AI services.
- Establish prompt engineering, validation, governance, monitoring, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Create user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, and tools that support adoption by technical and non-technical teams.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to AI strategy, architecture, and innovation planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, data science, or a related technical discipline, including at least 3 years of hands-on AI/ML development.
- At least 2 years of experience building and deploying AI agents, agentic workflows, or autonomous AI solutions in production.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions using modern AI platforms, large language models, APIs, and cloud-based AI services.
- Ability to gather business requirements, architect scalable solutions, and integrate AI technologies into enterprise environments.
- Preferred experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or Make.
- Preferred knowledge of AI governance, data security, role-based access controls, responsible AI practices, and cross-functional technology leadership.
