Base Salary
$140k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own impactful infrastructure problems from inception and architecture to production launch.
- Write well thought out design documents and ship robust, high-quality, well-tested code.
- Work collaboratively with a strong team to identify the most impactful projects to prioritize.
- Mentor more junior engineers and learn from experienced ones.
Requirements
- Undergraduate/graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, completed before joining.
- Strong coding skills in languages such as Go, Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience working on infrastructure for distributed systems or cloud-native applications.
- Experience building and shipping ML models and/or solving NLP problems.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
