Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Jinba for enterprise customers and support successful adoption.
- Understand customer technology stacks, workflows, and requirements.
- Build integrations between Jinba and customer databases, legacy applications, enterprise software, and internal systems.
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements for the engineering team.
- Debug and resolve production issues in customer deployments.
- Develop deployment best practices, documentation, and reusable integration patterns.
- Own customer technical relationships from pilot through expansion.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering, implementation, or consulting.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and the ability to read and modify frontend and backend code.
- Deep understanding of enterprise technology stacks, including ERP systems, databases, identity providers, and internal APIs.
- Experience integrating legacy systems and navigating complex IT environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance requirements, including SOC 2, on-premises deployments, VPNs, and SSO.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders across IT, business, and executive functions.
- Experience in regulated industries such as finance, insurance, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM products and their behavior in production.
- Understanding of integration patterns including APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and ETL.
- Experience at major consulting firms or in forward deployment, implementation, solutions, or technical consulting roles is a strong signal.
- Prior experience deploying AI or automation products to large organizations is a strong signal.
- Willingness to travel 10–20% to customer sites.
