Responsibilities
- Interview customers and organize business processes, challenges, constraints, and current and target operating states.
- Define and prioritize AI use cases, project objectives, KPIs, scope, requirements, and success criteria.
- Build consensus with customers and internal stakeholders and manage project plans, schedules, tasks, issues, risks, and priorities.
- Design AI-agent workflows, prompts, tools, and skills, and implement prototypes using coding tools.
- Conduct hypothesis testing, evaluation, operational testing, debugging, QA, release activities, and post-deployment problem-solving.
- Provide user onboarding, training, adoption support, effectiveness measurement, and follow-up improvements.
- Share and standardize project insights, templates, components, and best practices into reusable delivery mechanisms.
Requirements
- Experience creating business documents, conducting customer interviews, facilitating meetings, forming and testing issue hypotheses, managing projects, completing projects, and supporting knowledge transfer and adoption.
- Ability to logically structure complex information and explain it clearly to stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of LLM mechanisms, prompt engineering, AI-agent design patterns, RAG, AI ethics, security, confidential-information handling, and business AI use cases.
- Experience using AI for operational efficiency or problem-solving in work, studies, or personal projects.
- Experience designing or implementing AI agents and using AI-agent platforms and coding tools.
- Programming experience with Python or TypeScript, plus knowledge and experience with API integration, data processing, error handling, version control, operational testing, debugging, or quality assurance.
- Experience documenting designs, implementation methods, and verification results for other team members.
- TOEIC score of 800 or higher, equivalent English proficiency, or a degree from a university in an English-speaking country; proof is required by the time of the job offer.
- Fluent Japanese communication skills and advanced English proficiency are indicated in the language requirements.
