Responsibilities
- Own the technical success of GSI partners across onboarding and enablement.
- Work with partner engineering teams to understand their delivery models and customer use cases.
- Enable partners to build repeatable solutions and reference architectures using Devin/Windsurf.
- Lead technical trainings and workshops for partner teams.
- Support partner-led customer pilots and early production deployments.
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex integrations and enterprise workflows.
- Build strong relationships with partner technical leaders.
- Capture field learnings and partner feedback to influence product development.
- Identify gaps in partner capability and collaborate with internal teams to address them.
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM field with a strong engineering foundation.
- Demonstrated exceptional performance in academic or professional settings.
- Experience working with large engineering teams in enterprise or services environments.
- Strong communication skills to engage with senior partner leaders.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and sustained effort.
- Willingness to travel 25–50%, including frequent travel to India.
