Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment of the Fukuoka office and drive local project initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and solve business challenges.
- Utilize engineering skills to implement solutions and contribute to product development.
- Engage with various enterprise domains to quickly understand business needs.
- Abstract solutions to contribute to the evolution of the Tailor Platform.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge or experience in computer science.
- Experience in developing AI-native products using LLM.
- Agile development or project management experience (Scrum/Kanban).
- Native-level Japanese communication skills.
- Ability to work in-office once the Fukuoka location is established.
