$176k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect the AI Technical Strategy by partnering with enterprise account teams.
- Deliver compelling, high-impact demos and proofs of value for Zscaler’s AI security platform.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on modern AI patterns and data protection.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap.
- Develop reusable demos and enablement content to scale Zscaler’s AI field motion.
Requirements
- Deep fluency in AI/GenAI, including knowledge of LLMs and RAG architectures.
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and Zero Trust architecture.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a rapidly evolving market.
