Responsibilities

  • Complete practical technology assignments within an assigned business area or function.
  • Collaborate across teams to address complex business and technology challenges.
  • Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development activities.
  • Complete a high-impact capstone project addressing real business challenges.
  • Apply technology, data, analytics, and emerging tools to improve processes, products, and client experiences.

Requirements

  • Be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Have an expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
  • Have a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • Have foundational or practical knowledge of one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Understand software development lifecycle and Agile methodology concepts.
  • Understand generative AI concepts, appropriate use contexts, and prompt-based workflows.
  • Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, or initiative through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work experience.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively, including explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Be interested in applying technology to solve business problems and improve processes, products, and client experiences.
  • Be available for the full June–August 2027 program.
