Responsibilities
- Complete practical technology assignments within an assigned business area or function.
- Collaborate across teams to address complex business and technology challenges.
- Participate in mentorship, training, and professional development activities.
- Complete a high-impact capstone project addressing real business challenges.
- Apply technology, data, analytics, and emerging tools to improve processes, products, and client experiences.
Requirements
- Be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have an expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Have a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Have foundational or practical knowledge of one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Understand software development lifecycle and Agile methodology concepts.
- Understand generative AI concepts, appropriate use contexts, and prompt-based workflows.
- Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, or initiative through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work experience.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively, including explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Be interested in applying technology to solve business problems and improve processes, products, and client experiences.
- Be available for the full June–August 2027 program.
