Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop custom features with the Neara SDK using TypeScript, JavaScript, and the platform’s declarative scripting language.
- Build visualizations, calculations, data-analysis features, user-interface elements, workflow automations, and integrations with external enterprise systems.
- Design and implement tailored technical solutions in collaboration with customer engineers and business stakeholders.
- Advise customers on technical architectures, implementation strategies, SDK usage, APIs, and custom solution-development best practices.
- Lead hands-on customer training and workshops.
- Lead configuration, reporting, and data-integration efforts and collaborate with adjacent teams on customer-driven growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience as a Software Engineer or Forward-Deployed Engineer delivering custom enterprise technical solutions, preferably with direct customer or consulting experience.
- Strong experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, and Python, plus Git, Node, npm, and command-line tools.
- Ability to learn and use proprietary SDKs and RESTful APIs following the OpenAPI Specification.
- Experience with data analysis, integrations, and tailored tools such as macros and data pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical topics to engineers and executives and driving consensus.
