Base Salary
$182k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead impactful customer technical projects by delivering production-grade systems.
- Guide strategic customers in implementing transformational big data projects.
- Advise customers on architecture and design to ensure successful adoption of Databricks.
- Own architecture and design decisions for secure and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer engagement needs.
- Contribute to accelerators and best practices that influence the Databricks product roadmap.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or software engineering.
- Proficient in coding with Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
- Familiar with two or more cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in at least one.
- Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark.
- Knowledge of CI/CD for production deployments and MLOps.
- Experience in managing technical project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
