Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade technology solutions integrated with LLMs.
- Build automated workflows for complex investment-management processes and improve existing workflows through AI automation.
- Evaluate generative AI models and frameworks and develop proof-of-concept solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineers, technologists, and product owners to architect scalable AI systems.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to technical architecture and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on development experience.
- Advanced Python programming and experience with generative AI models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG implementation.
- Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, responsible AI practices, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Full-stack development experience including React, JavaScript, APIs, and web architecture.
- Experience with cloud computing, containerization, Git, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, cloud-native architectures, and scalable secure deployment patterns.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets, data engineering principles, automated workflow design, and monitoring and observability tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include financial services or investment-management experience, web scraping and data extraction experience, and open-source contributions or side projects.
