Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build across the full application in close collaboration with the founder, design team, and other engineers.
- Design and implement systems for memory, retrieval, proactivity, and AI responsiveness.
- Integrate real-time video generation and audio synthesis models from internal and third-party sources.
- Establish high engineering quality standards and participate actively in recruiting world-class talent.
- Use the product extensively to evaluate real user value and quality.
Requirements
- Computer Science degree from a top university.
- 2–7 years of professional software engineering experience; new graduates are not eligible.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and a track record of technically complex side projects.
- High energy and entrepreneurial spirit, with startup or fast-moving environment experience strongly valued.
- Proficiency in Python, including typed scientific Python.
- Experience with real-time media, vision/video model training or deployment, memory systems, or audio synthesis is a bonus.
- Familiarity with agentic coding or AI-assisted development workflows is a bonus.
