Responsibilities
- Implement, test, maintain, and improve code for product features and services.
- Explore technical design options, assess trade-offs, and contribute to design documents, user stories, and product requirements.
- Build seller-facing web experiences, APIs, services, and integrations across AI-powered workflows, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
- Write automated tests, investigate defects, and improve software quality, accessibility, security, and performance.
- Monitor live features, investigate incidents, implement fixes, and contribute to follow-up improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, product partners, stakeholders, and customers to understand scenarios and refine priorities.
- Contribute reusable components and development practices that improve team consistency and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 5+ years of technical engineering experience coding in C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and shipping software features or services in a team environment.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language and ability to work across a modern application stack.
- Experience building web applications, backend services, or distributed systems, including APIs, data stores, or cloud services.
- Working knowledge of data structures, debugging, automated testing, source control, performance, and secure coding.
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines, communicate design choices, and deliver work iteratively.
- Preferred experience includes owning features through production rollout, building AI-powered applications or Copilot experiences, and working with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, or Power Platform.
- Preferred experience includes C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, TypeScript, Azure hosting or cloud services, relational or NoSQL data stores, identity and security, reusable components, automation, platform tooling, and AI-assisted development tools.
