Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Optimize system software for NVIDIA automotive performance platforms with Safe RTOS.
- Track boot-time and runtime performance benchmarks with Hardware Architecture, DriveOS, Power, and Test teams.
- Supervise microbenchmarks and industry-standard benchmarks across IPs to assess software and hardware targets.
- Develop automotive profiling-tool features with AI assistance.
- Benchmark the hypervisor and minimize overhead on ARM systems.
- Optimize the next-generation NVIDIA ADAS/AV stack on Tegra platforms.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in systems or software performance.
- Strong C/C++ programming skills and prior automotive-sector experience.
- Proficiency in Linux and QNX.
- Understanding of benchmarking, boot-time optimization, compiler optimizations, and runtime performance improvements.
- Knowledge of hypervisors, virtualization, and overhead analysis.
- Experience with profiling utilities for improving system software efficiency.
- Android knowledge and AI/ML experience are highly desirable.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranges of $152,000–$241,500 for Level 3 and $184,000–$287,500 for Level 4, plus equity and benefits.
