Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction for development, design, and systems integration across client engagements from ideation through implementation and maintenance.
- Actively participate in project delivery and engage effectively with clients.
- Create and revise development plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Perform code reviews and mentor developers while helping develop future technical leaders.
- Participate in community activities such as meetups and conferences.
- Help shape the direction of the growing company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong history of end-to-end software delivery using React, NodeJS, .NET, and/or Java.
- Demonstrated experience delivering solutions leveraging microservices, DevOps, continuous integration, and build automation approaches.
- Industry experience with AWS cloud services and digital product creation.
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm for working in a start-up consulting environment.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, work directly with clients, and create bespoke technology-driven digital products.
