Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions while leading teams through design and delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Core Java, Collections Framework, multithreading, and networking concepts.
- Participate in technical design reviews and architectural discussions with stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while ensuring performance, code quality, scalability, and adherence to development standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve application stability, scalability, and software development practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required, with the posting additionally specifying a minimum of 5.5 years of Core Java development experience.
- Proficiency in Core Java, including Collections, Spring Boot, and multithreading.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience developing scalable and high-performance Java applications.
- Knowledge of application performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and relevant domain knowledge are preferred.
- Requires 15 years of full-time education.
