Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Core Java, including collections, multithreading, and networking.
- Lead technical design reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to implement business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while optimizing performance.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and software quality guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve application stability, scalability, and delivery practices.
Requirements
- At least 5.5 years of experience in Core Java development.
- Proficiency in Core Java, Collections, Spring Boot, and multithreading.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience developing scalable and high-performance Java applications.
- Knowledge of performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and relevant domain knowledge are good-to-have qualifications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
