Responsibilities
- Develop innovative software solutions and web applications using C#.NET, Python, JavaScript, and React Native.
- Design, code, test, maintain, and troubleshoot applications that support digital transformation and user experience goals.
- Conduct code reviews and follow coding standards to maintain software quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage API integrations and contribute to enterprise application architecture.
- Apply application lifecycle management practices and perform quality assurance testing.
- Build client connections, navigate complex situations, and deliver quality work.
- Guide and mentor others while supporting continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preferred fields of study include Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, and Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in API Management and Application Development is preferred.
- Experience with JavaScript, Python, Enterprise Application Architecture and Integration, Quality Assurance Testing, Software Troubleshooting, Object-Oriented Design, and scripting languages is preferred.
- Business Requirements Analysis and Client Management skills are preferred.
