Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and develop agentic AI workflows to automate business tasks.
- Build internal tools or proof-of-concept systems integrating LLMs, APIs, and automation frameworks.
- Experiment with different agent architectures and document tradeoffs.
- Apply best practices in AI-driven automation.
- Evaluate agent behavior for reliability and propose improvements.
- Document designs, experiments, and lessons learned.
- Demo work to customers and the leadership team.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience programming in Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and basic service integration.
- Foundational understanding of large language models and their applications.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to explore new technologies.
- Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to non-engineers.
- Ownership mindset and ability to accept feedback.
