Responsibilities
- Automate real workflows across Tech Ops and HR by identifying repetitive tasks.
- Prototype ideas for AI applications in onboarding and IT ticketing workflows.
- Learn current operations and suggest improvements based on fresh insights.
- Research new AI tools and share findings with the team.
- Address actual internal challenges in Tech Ops and HR using AI solutions.
Requirements
- Must be within two years of undergraduate graduation (December 2026 – May 2028).
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
- Hands-on experience with AI-native tools like Claude, Cursor, or Codex.
- Basic experience with Python and/or TypeScript; GitHub experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with business operations tools is a bonus.
- Must be self-sufficient and able to troubleshoot independently.
