Responsibilities
- Develop and verify embedded software for high-integrity airborne real-time systems.
- Contribute across requirements, design, coding, verification, configuration, documentation, change management, and software quality activities.
- Make design and architectural decisions and lead specific project development efforts.
- Work with product managers, program managers, systems engineers, product owners, and validation teams to deliver software products.
- Plan project scope, deliver high-quality software on schedule and within cost and quality expectations, and promote departmental innovation.
- Help shape team structures to improve agility and efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree in telecommunications, IT, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
- Expertise in real-time software, C/C++, Ada, low-level development, software verification, and real-time operating systems.
- Experience with VxWorks, Linux-RT, HOOD, Rhapsody, GNAT Programming Studio, Eclipse, and TestStand.
- Knowledge of DO-178B/C software certification standards.
- High level of English and Spanish.
