Base Salary
$101k - $167k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write scalable, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Integrate geocoding solutions into desktop, on-premises, and hosted architectures.
- Design and implement efficient web services for high-throughput data processing.
- Optimize existing and new C++ code to reduce memory consumption and improve performance and scalability.
- Develop global search and geocoding capabilities for Esri software across mobile, desktop, server, and online environments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of related software development experience.
- Strong development skills in C++ and/or C#/.NET.
- Extensive experience with cloud-based architectures, microservices, and Kubernetes deployments.
- Background in algorithms, data structures, and common design patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, GIS, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: experience developing search, geocoding, location-based services, desktop, or enterprise solutions.
- Preferred: master’s degree in a relevant field.
