Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Build clean, maintainable, and reusable object-oriented code.
- Contribute to both backend and frontend development across the application stack.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Learn and work with PHP and Laravel as part of the existing technology stack.
- Continuously improve code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with a distributed engineering team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-stack software development experience.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design.
- Experience building and maintaining modern web applications.
- Advanced English communication skills for a client-facing role.
- Availability to work during Central or Pacific Time Zone business hours.
- Availability for a 4–6 month contract.
- PHP experience is preferred, and Laravel experience is a strong plus but not required.
- Strong Python development experience is preferred.
- Strong Node.js development experience is preferred.
- Experience in Agile software development environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, analytical, and adaptability skills.
