Responsibilities
- Build and own the workflow editor, execution monitoring, and integration configuration product surfaces.
- Architect maintainable frontend systems that scale with product complexity and team growth.
- Implement drag-and-drop, canvas manipulation, real-time updates, and other complex interactions.
- Collaborate with design to deliver polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Improve developer experience through component patterns, testing strategies, and build-performance work.
- Mentor engineers and establish frontend best practices.
- Work directly with customers to understand pain points and improve user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
- Expert-level React and TypeScript skills.
- Deep understanding of state-management patterns and their appropriate application.
- Experience building complex interfaces such as canvas editors, rich-text interfaces, or drag-and-drop experiences.
- Strong CSS fundamentals and familiarity with Tailwind and modern styling approaches.
- Ability to architect maintainable frontend codebases and optimize bundle size, rendering, and perceived latency.
- Practical understanding of accessibility standards and testing strategies for complex interactive UIs.
- Experience with developer tools, no-code platforms, or workflow products.
- Ability to make technical decisions that improve user experience.
- Experience with canvas-based or node-graph editors, real-time collaboration, CRDTs, operational transforms, WebSocket-heavy UIs, or open-source component libraries is valued.
