Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and train sophisticated models.
- Design system and model features, conduct experimentation and model evaluations, and build AI functionality into products and platforms.
- Build and scale machine learning models for business applications using large amounts of data.
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams and provide guidance to junior ML engineers.
- Communicate data science concepts to diverse audiences and translate complex challenges into practical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related industry experience in data science.
- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in Python or Java and the ability to write performant, production-quality code.
- Familiarity with SQL, Spark, and cloud data environments such as AWS and Databricks.
- Experience building and scaling machine learning models in business applications using large amounts of data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data science concepts and craft compelling narratives.
- Preferred experience with consumer or B2C SaaS, enterprise or B2B environments, deep learning-based models, and LLM-related applications.
