Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement scalable custom software components and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across the immediate and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in custom applications.
- Develop integrations and APIs to connect diverse systems.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow App Engine.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Core Banking is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues within custom applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development.
