Base Salary
$190k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture reviews, workshops, and technical design sessions.
- Design end-to-end platform architectures integrating Airflow with cloud infrastructure.
- Review delivery work to ensure high standards for scalability and operational excellence.
- Diagnose and resolve issues during deployments and migrations.
- Build reusable tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve delivery quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering or platform architecture.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Deep experience with Apache Airflow in large-scale production deployments.
- Experience designing cloud-native data architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with enterprise cloud networking and security patterns.
- Experience leading technical engagements with executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong communication, documentation, and mentoring skills.
