Senior GTM Systems Engineer (Salesforce)

Responsibilities
- Evolve and harden the Salesforce organization to support company growth.
- Own the Salesforce instance end-to-end, including automation and custom development.
- Utilize agentic coding tools to design and ship GTM workflows quickly.
- Build and maintain automation across the full GTM stack to drive revenue.
- Strengthen data models and integrations for reliable reporting and forecasting.
- Translate ambiguous problems into well-documented systems and collaborate with Revenue Operations.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer and administrator.
- Proven track record of scaling and re-architecting complex Salesforce organizations.
- Proficiency with agentic coding tools and experience using AI for workflow automation.
- Broad systems expertise across the GTM stack and understanding of revenue tooling.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex systems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
