Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate platform systems for software delivery.
- Work on deployment orchestration, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and event streaming.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify platform gaps and provide solutions.
- Modernize existing platforms and create new ones as needed.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance development and system understanding.
- Lead technical projects from problem framing to operational ownership.
- Make informed tradeoffs between speed, reliability, and maintainability.
- Foster an engineering culture that values curiosity and learning.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in building or improving backend or infrastructure systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and adaptability to new systems.
- Familiarity with platform areas like CI/CD, Kubernetes, and event streaming.
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions.
- Comfort in collaborating with engineers and technical leaders.
- Interest in integrating AI into engineering workflows.
- Curiosity and willingness to ask questions to clarify team objectives.
