Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support scalable full-stack applications and digital solutions.
- Lead technical implementation while aligning solutions with business requirements, architecture standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX/UI designers, stakeholders, and global teams to deliver customer-centric applications.
- Develop and document technical designs, APIs, and software solutions for enterprise and customer-facing applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD processes, and quality assurance activities.
- Support cloud-based application development and integration using Microsoft Azure and modern DevOps practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and promote engineering excellence.
- Communicate project status, manage expectations, and support successful solution delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–10+ years of experience in full-stack software development and enterprise application delivery.
- Strong expertise in React, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and modern software development practices.
- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB/Cosmos DB, and API testing tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, SonarQube, Agile development methodologies, and Microsoft Azure services.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional global teams.
- Preferred experience with Pulumi, Azure AI Services, Azure Databricks, Python, Salesforce, WPF, SQLite, Microsoft Access, customer-facing digital platforms, portals, AI-driven solutions, and developer mentoring.
