Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack QA application features using TypeScript and Python.
- Design and implement test, integration, and end-to-end frameworks and pipeline automation.
- Contribute to agent-assisted tooling, including LLM-based classifiers, structured tool interfaces, and evaluation scripts.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests, fix bugs, and improve the reliability of existing tools.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, customers, and cross-functional teams to address test and triage pain points.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed, in progress, or recently completed in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional or internship experience in software engineering.
- Working proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with React or a similar frontend framework, REST APIs, and Git/version control.
- Ability to work independently on well-scoped tasks, clarify ambiguous requirements, communicate effectively, and learn from senior engineers.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant B.S. or M.S. program.
- Must be available for at least a three-month assignment and 40 hours per week.
- Must be able to work on-site at a Zoox office and follow Zoox confidentiality requirements.
