Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and GTM to support customer engagements and unblock technical teams.
- Lead regional technical presence at JAPAC field events and activations.
- Create production-quality demos, prototypes, and tools for modern teams.
- Author guides, code samples, and technical narratives for developers.
- Provide structured feedback from customers to influence product direction.
- Help teams operationalize workflows across design systems and developer tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical front-end experience with production-level code.
- Fluency in English and ideally one other language.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in creating technical content and delivering talks.
- Familiarity with product development workflows and collaboration with design teams.
- Background in a growth SaaS business.
