Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of medium complexity initiatives from technical discovery through to delivery.
- Improve mobile Wikipedia product experiences for a global audience across web and app surfaces.
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs for scalable data pipelines.
- Build and enhance systems that are easy to test, observe, and debug.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop pragmatic solutions.
- Identify high-impact technical opportunities and shape team priorities.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical design.
- Raise team standards in code review, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in building production web applications.
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like Vue.js or React.
- Experience in building responsive or mobile-first web experiences.
- Proficient in designing and integrating with server-side APIs.
- Experience working in a self-driven, lean environment.
