Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design, development, operation, and optimization of scalable full-stack software.
- Build and operate robust cloud-native solutions using .NET, C#, AWS, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Develop critical payment, loyalty, fraud-prevention, and real-time spending-insight capabilities.
- Influence platform architecture through microservices, event-driven integrations, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
- Lead engineering quality through CI/CD, test automation, observability, reliability practices, and DevSecOps.
- Shape long-term technical strategy, drive technical uplift across squads, and act as a technical subject-matter expert.
- Mentor engineers, grow capability across the crew, and partner with senior and executive leaders.
- Apply AI-assisted development and emerging agentic patterns to improve productivity and system design.
Requirements
- Staff-level experience with full-stack, full-cycle software engineering ownership.
- Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, AWS, React or Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience designing scalable web services, applications, APIs, and cloud-native systems.
- Knowledge of relational databases, API design and integration, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Experience with integration, contract, non-functional, API, and automated testing, including Playwright.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, infrastructure automation, security scanning, secrets management, observability, and production support.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt and context engineering, AI coding assistants, MCP, RAG fundamentals, agentic AI, and agent orchestration.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, influence architecture and strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
