Responsibilities
- Understand Fever’s business, technology, teams, and internal development projects.
- Design, test, implement, and continuously improve Salesforce CRM-based solutions.
- Configure Salesforce, including Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Deploy metadata between sandbox and production environments.
- Develop solutions using Google Sheets and Apps Script.
- Present complex technical information clearly and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from concept through completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant Salesforce Platform development experience.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Proven experience with Salesforce-based deployments.
- Experience developing with Google Sheets and Apps Script.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong written, oral communication, presentation, organizational, and execution skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, interdependencies, and multiple projects independently.
- Curiosity, adaptability, ownership, urgency, and willingness to learn new technologies.
