
Senior Product Software Engineer (AI Specialist)

- Own software solutions from discovery through production and translate customer, business, and technical requirements into sustainable outcomes.
- Analyze ambiguous requirements, define solution strategies, document specifications and acceptance criteria, and coordinate dependencies and risks.
- Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and improve software applications, services, and platforms using direct and approved AI-assisted approaches.
- Validate AI-generated output and remain accountable for architecture, quality, security, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Provide technical guidance through design reviews, code reviews, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve cross-component, production, and system-level issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Collaborate with product, design, architecture, operations, security, and business stakeholders.
- Improve performance, scalability, reliability, resiliency, maintainability, engineering processes, and delivery effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in product software engineering.
- Strong experience as a full-stack software engineer.
- Advanced knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, Angular, SQL, relational database design, Redis, RabbitMQ, MassTransit, and Azure Service Bus.
- Experience with software design, programming, testing, version control, APIs, application security principles, specification-driven development, and documentation.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design, and Clean Code practices.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, define testable specifications, validate solutions, and provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
