Senior Engine Programmer, Unreal Cloud Services

Responsibilities
- Build Unreal Editor features for cloud-based collaboration workflows.
- Implement responsive editor experiences that interact with asynchronous and distributed services.
- Work across editor, networking, storage, revision control, and UX systems.
- Partner with Product and UX teams to turn product ideas into polished editor experiences.
- Collaborate with backend and infrastructure engineers on features spanning the editor and cloud services.
- Use modern development practices, including AI-assisted programming, to improve implementation, debugging, and iteration.
Requirements
- Strong C++ skills and experience working in a large native codebase.
- Experience building user-facing tools, editor features, and complex interactive workflows.
- Experience building clients that interact with asynchronous or networked services.
- Strong understanding of parallelism, networking, latency, and failure handling.
- Strong user-experience judgment regarding how technical behavior affects creator workflows.
- Experience collaborating with Product, UX, and engineering teams to ship features.
- Experience with Unreal Engine, another game engine, or comparable tools development.
- Rust experience is a plus.
