Responsibilities
- Lead and own full-cycle projects from idea through production that directly impact millions of people.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to define product requirements and execute development plans.
- Design system architectures and select and evaluate tools.
- Build cloud-native microservices.
- Mentor team members and improve the team’s practices and technology stack.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience building production-level web applications for large-scale products.
- At least 6 years of experience with modern full-stack frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, or an equivalent programming language.
- At least 4 years of experience building reactive web and mobile-web frontends using React, Next, Angular, or Vue with TypeScript or JavaScript.
- At least 4 years of experience using Python for microservice backends.
- Experience with modern cloud environments including GCP or AWS.
- Strong architecture skills and the ability to design scalable, robust, readable, end-to-end data-driven solutions.
- Passion for clean code, data, customer experience, and high-quality software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with gRPC and protobuf is a bonus.
