Responsibilities
- Develop, troubleshoot, debug, and enhance applications using Python, FastAPI, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, complex SQL, Microsoft Azure, Airflow, GitHub, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Deploy application components using CI/CD pipelines.
- Ingest data from multiple sources and formats.
- Perform complex business transformations and create reportable data marts.
- Build utilities for monitoring and automating repetitive functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams, operations, infrastructure, Tech Ops, and external clients.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of applicable software engineering experience.
- Strong fundamentals in AI tools, prompt engineering, complex SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Airflow, FastAPI, and front-end and back-end object-oriented programming.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with GitHub, Kubernetes, and Docker is preferred.
- Knowledge of relational databases, preferably Snowflake and PostgreSQL.
- Excellent English communication skills for collaborating with technology teams and the business.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
